Global Building Materials Market Continues to Recover, China's Export Structure Continues to Optimize
Data from the General Administration of Customs shows that in 2025, China's building materials exports reached USD 56 billion, a year-on-year increase of 12.3%. The export share of high value-added products such as green building materials and smart building materials rose to 38%, and the average export price increased by 6.5% year-on-year. Analysts point out that with the recovery of global infrastructure investment and the advancement of the dual carbon goals, building materials enterprises with technological advantages and brand premiums will gain greater international market space, and the industry's export structure is shifting from quantity expansion to quality improvement.
